UWA offers a range of online and person-to-person help so students can make the most of their email and network access and technical support, including audio visual equipment.
Student internet and network access
Log-ins and passwords
- It is your responsibility to ensure your password is secure. Please choose a secure password and keep it in a safe place.
- Pheme password help for your central student email account, proxy and dial-in access
- If you have forgotten your VPN password you will need to reset it using the online form.
Student Device Support
- Get support for your own personal device such as laptop, tablet or smartphone
