The majority of Library online services can be accessed with a web browser. However, there are several documents that require specialised software for viewing.

While these viewers are already installed on Library computers, you may need to install them if using our services from your home or office computer.

This is not a comprehensive guide, and the software vendor's website should be consulted for detailed instructions.

Should you have difficulties installing these viewers on your home or office computer, contact IT support.

Adobe Acrobat reader

"Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, and freely distributable, software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on all major computer platforms. It also lets you fill in and submit PDF forms online." - Adobe
