This form is only for requesting a Cyllene password reset and not for any other system.

Answer these questions as completely as you can. Delays may be longer for those who cannot be easily identified, as extra checking will be required.

I understand that it may be 1-2 working days before a new password is received and that during this period I will be unable to read new mail or use the VPN service or authenticated proxy on restricted subnets.

Please note:

All Cyllene users are issued with a password when the account is created, and this password must be changed at least once a year. If you normally don't enter a password to access your mail, it means you have the password saved in your applications. This is contrary to IS recommendations. Please ensure that you do not have the "Save Password" option selected anywhere on your computer as this may be a security breach - as well as being the prime cause of forgotten passwords and the resulting inconvenience.
